To strengthen team cohesion and enhance employee well-being, Ronice organized a two-day, one-night team-building trip to Yuexi County, Anhui Province, from August 15 to 16, 2025, with the theme "Chasing the Wind in Yuexi, Travel Together with Ronice family", Ronice team with their families and friends,total 70 people, left unforgettable memories in Yuexi County, Anhui Province.

      At 8:30 a.m. on August 15th, two buses departed the factory on time, successfully completing the over 200-kilometer journey to beautiful Yuexi. After savoring local delicacies, We headed to Mingtang Mountain, a National 4A-level tourist attraction. Known as the "Mu Wan Mountain" ,this area boasts majestic peaks and exceptional ecology. Leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the city, everyone immersed themselves in the depths of the canyon and the cool mountain breeze, enjoying a leisurely moment.

      At 8 p.m of the same day, as darkness fell and a cool mountain breeze blew, Ronice team, with families and friends, held hands and formed a concentric circle around the dancing flames. No professional stage was needed here; everyone who dared to laugh and sing was the most dazzling star of the night.

      At 9:00 AM on August 16th, organized by the Administration Department, all people were divided into five teams to engage in fun and challenging team games, such as counting, water bottle tossing, and fruit match. Team members brainstormed and actively came up with names for their teams, such as "Iron Ronice Array," "Golden Warriors," and "Blue Star Team." The team members demonstrated a rapport through strategic discussions and efficient execution, embodying the Ronice corporate values ​​of "Unity, Collaboration, Harmony, and Progress" through actions.

      At 2:00 PM on August 16th, everyone set out for the Yuexi Grand Canyon, a 7-kilometer-long canyon with a 260-meter vertical drop. The water cascades down the swift river. The summer sun shone like golden shards, splattering the river. Floating down the river on a raft, admiring the breathtaking rock formations on both sides,like plunging into an adventure symphony with nature. It's a test of courage, yet also a delight bestowed by nature. 

  Through this team building, Ronice strengthened team communication and cooperation, enhanced team cohesion, increased our sense of belonging and identity, and stimulated our work enthusiasm and creative consciousness. This was not just a journey, but also a spiritual gathering!
